Applications are open for a Technical Sales Officer Agriculture Pakistan position at Syngenta in Hyderabad. The Technical Sales Officer will be responsible for delivery of budget, demand generation activities, channel management, and driving revenue growth from the sales territory.
π Key Responsibilities
Sales & Budget Management
- Delivery of budget with monthly phasing
- Month-on-month forecast delivery by maintaining forecast accuracy above 80%
- Ensure timely placement and collections for targeted Days’ Sales Outstanding level
Demand Generation
- Demand generation activities like FM, FD, and Demo
- Ensure liquidation of inventory
- Drive required demand generation activity for revenue growth
Team Management
- Manage team of Field Officers
- Training, action planning, on-the-job coaching
- Follow-up on field activities
Channel Management
- Target setting and monthly business review meetings
- Engage and motivate channels
- Onboard new channels in vacant BSAs
- Tracking and monitoring of channel inventory, liquidation, and POG
Market Intelligence
- Regular updates on market outlook and competition activities
- Resource allocation in area of work
- Geographical expansion through field activities and channel expansion
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with Eis, Arhties, sub dealers, and value chain partners
- Develop relationships with key regional influencers (lead growers, market yard vendors, value chain partners, institutions, government officials)
- Manage and handle customer complaints
Product Development
- Develop NPI through demonstration and strong showcasing to growers, channel partners, and arhties
- Execution of campaign activities and sales policies
