In alignment with Country supply chain Strategy, the Warehouse Incharge Agriculture Pakistan will manage warehousing and logistics operations in a smoother and efficient manner to fulfill business objectives. This position manages Warehouse and logistics considering Bayer quality and safety standards to support local commercial organization.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Product Segregation
- Sale Return stock verification and obtain Approval
- Approve delivery Note after Verification of Price, batch and expiry
- Weekly Reconciliation of system stock report with physical inventory
- Maintain Sample Issuance Record
- Leak Loss & Damage stock handling
- Maintenance of HSE Equipment
- 100% implementation of Emergency Response plan
- Transporter Vehicle Record
- Keep Monitoring Warehouse Temperature
Order Fulfillment
- Route Planning – Keep in view Cost Prospective
- Monitor/Prepare dispatch Register
- Meet KPI 90% Supplies same/next day
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO
- Logistic Arrangement
- Ensure 100% acknowledgement
- Gate pass Approval
- Arrangement of stock to fulfill pending orders
- Monthly un-Acknowledged Invoice report
Warehouse Administration
- Coordination with Govt Officials (Agri, Labor, Social Security departments)
- Better audit report with no major audit objection
- Claim WH Expenses through Concur (utilities bills, labor charges, routine expenses)
- Responsible for Site Security
- Keep Maintenance of fixed assets
- Raise demand of grocery, stationary as per WH need
- Follow up for timely payment of Janitorial/rent payments, freight expenses
Note: Depending on warehouse inventory capacity/workload, Warehouse Incharge may also perform the role of WH Coordinator additionally.
