Engro Fertilizers Limited is seeking Field Assistants for Markaz locations in Sahiwal (North) and Mirpur Khas (South). You will assist Territory Sales Officers (TSO) in executing technical services plans, conducting farmer meetings, installing fertilizer demonstrations, and achieving sales plans for all Engro Fertilizer brands.
📋 Key Responsibilities
For Sahiwal (North) Position:
- Ensure all operations done safely
- Market development of Engro Fertilizer all brands
- Assist TSO in execution of Technical Services plan through seminars, farmer meetings, workshops, soil sample collection, BTL activities, and one-to-one discussions with farmers
- Assist TSO in installation of fertilizer demonstrations/trials and field days
- Maintain contact with progressive farmers and provide advisory services
- Assist TSO in developing and maintaining farmer data
- Achieve Sales Plan of all products of Markaz
- Branding & Merchandising of all Engro products at Markaz
- Ensure good relations with Government Agriculture Department and plan MD activities in collaboration
For Mirpur Khas (South) Position:
- Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines
- Carry out all operations as per Engro Fertilizers policies & procedures and Business Ethics standards
- Sales of all Efert Commercial Products as per approved Sales Plan
- Effectively planned travel loops for economic Markaz coverage
- Forecast sales demand and coordinate with DO/TSO/RSM for inventory planning
- Ensure display of POS material/billboards/Markaz shop boards and product display
- Coordinate with TSO/RSM for developing and executing social contributions
- Ensure farmer contact through visits, meetings, group discussions, seminars
- Ensure consumption of products as per conversion and retention targets
- Responsible for governmental contacts relating to fertilizer marketing and agriculture
- Ensure targeted farmer registration through Markaz App
- Ensure farmer awareness with online applicable and new techniques
