To achieve efficient operation of all sales and market development activities of Specialty Fertilizers Products through effective planning, strategizing, timely decision making, providing guidance, supervision and motivation to the entire team. Coordinates and supervises all activities for achieving Company objectives related to HSE, Sales, Market development Planning, Administration, Cost controls and Profit maximization in the assigned area.


📋 Key Responsibilities

HSE & Operations

  • Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines in assigned area
  • Maximize profitability of the Area for all products by maximizing sales and margins and controlling costs

Sales & Market Development

  • Plan, organize and direct team to achieve Area’s sales targets and other objectives ethically
  • Continuously assess market situation, competitive strengths and weaknesses affecting fertilizer sales and agriculture
  • Directly responsible for sale of Specialty Fertilizers Products as per approved CP in the Region
  • Monitor and steward market shares for Zabardast Urea in the Region
  • Supervise TSOs reporting and manage dealer network improvement

Planning & Strategy

  • Develop Outlooks for the Region based on Urea Demand and Supply
  • Develop strategies to effectively meet competition to maximize sales and profits
  • Improve and maintain market shares
  • Focus on BTL Activities for Advertising and Sales promotion

Government Relations

  • Responsible for governmental contacts relating to fertilizer marketing and agriculture
  • Represent the company at the Zonal level

Budgeting & Administration

  • Responsible for development of Area Marketing Plans / Capital and Expense budgets and their appropriations after approval

Team Leadership & Development

  • Responsible for training, development, motivation and career planning for the entire team
  • Establish standards of ethical performance and ensure work safety performance standards are maintained at the highest levels

Farmer Engagement

  • Coordinate for farmer contacts as per agreed plan
  • Ensure addition of the same in the Database portal
  • Ensure consumption of product as per agreed conversion and retention plans
