Key Responsibilities
Grower Management:
- Conduct regular field inspections to assess product quality and standards adherence
- Identify and document quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations from established protocols
- Monitor production processes for compliance with quality control procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, trends, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and optimize quality processes
- Train and support field staff on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions
- Keep all quality documentation current and audit-ready
- Evaluate postharvest handling processes to maintain product quality from harvest through storage
