📋 Key Responsibilities
Grower Management
- Conduct Field Advisory Service with target farmers (min. 5/day)
- Conduct Farmer Meetings with target farmers (min. 16/month)
- Effective utilization of Field Promoters
Channel Engagement
- Prepare Sales and Product Consumption Plan and ensure execution to achieve monthly sales targets
- Carry out Channel Activities for smooth and timely channel operations
- Agreements and CPBP
- Sales and Collection
- Stock Management / availability
- Channel Inventory Management
Other Tasks
- Complaint Handling
- Provide Market & Competitive intelligence

Required
