📋 Key Responsibilities
Farmer Mobilization & Procurement
- Generate leads and mobilize farmers to achieve grain procurement targets
- Promote Green Agrimall as a preferred grain buyer
- Take initiatives to increase farmer footfall at assigned Green Agrimall sites
- Strengthen farmer database
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
- Cross-sell crop inputs for upcoming cropping seasons
- Conduct farmer meetings, field visits, and demand generation activities
Value Chain Management
- Map local grain value chain and identify supply opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and quality teams for smooth collection
- Support adoption of modern farming practices
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local stakeholders
- Maintain accurate reporting and monitor zone performance
