Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agrochemical sales and development operations in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers
- Drive product adoption and market share growth
- Manage and motivate team members (if hired with team)
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives
