💼 Key Details
Basic Function
Plans, organizes and coordinates all activities for achievement of Sales KPIs, as per company objective. Ensures Cost controls and Profit maximization in the assigned territory by developing an efficient network of dealers.
Key Responsibilities
HSE & Compliance
- Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines
- Carry out all operations as per Engro Fertilizers Ltd policies & procedures, Business Ethics
- Operate as per standards which are in compliance with law of the land
Sales & Market Share
- Ensure Sales volumes of all Brands as per approved Sales Plan in the assigned territory
- Monitor and monitor market shares for all products/brands in the assigned territory
- Steward and steward controllable expenses for the assigned territory
- Provide support to RSM in developing sales strategy for the area
Territory Management
- Effectively develop and plan smart travel loops for economic coverage of territory
- Forecast sales demand and develop monthly outlooks in-line with agronomy, channel inventory, and prevalent market conditions
- Meticulous inventory planning from Warehouses in coordination with DO / RSM to cater to seasonal demands
Dealer Network Management
- Provide excellent dealer servicing and improve dealer network in the area assigned
- Selection of new dealers based on dealer network strategy in agreement with RSM
- Critically ensure that all dealers are positively engaged on product portfolio as per KPI targets
Credit & Recovery
- Ensure efficient use of Credit tools and ensuring timely recovery of Outstanding Credit
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with RSM for developing and executing social contributions in the territory
- Provides timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor’s activities, product pricing
- Control expenses and steward performance against plan
- Ensures positive and sustainable coordination with internal and external stakeholders
