Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor in-house R&D and field trials of crop protection products and fertilizers
• Collect, compile and analyze trial data; prepare reports and present technical findings
• Support product development and evaluation of new and existing products
• Conduct market research and study emerging trends to identify new product opportunities
• Design crop-wise and product-wise programs and technical campaigns
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team on company products and crop production
• Prepare and review product literature, technical bulletins and recommendations
• Assist in designing and finalizing labels, crop programs, promotional material and social media content
• Maintain Hextar brands list and product portfolio
• Monitor FO/ASO activities and support in implementation of technical strategies
• Any other task assigned by Director Operations / CEO

Eligibility Criteria

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture (Entomology/Agronomy preferred)
Knowledge	Crop protection products, fertilizers and crop production
Experience	R&D trials, data collection & analysis will be an advantage
Skills	Analytical, communication and presentation skills
Personal Qualities	Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
Travel	Willingness to travel within city & outstation
