Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day button mushroom cultivation operations
- Monitor and control cropping conditions including temperature, humidity, CO₂, and ventilation
- Oversee compost conditioning, spawning, casing, cropping, and harvesting
- Ensure yield targets, quality standards, and consistency are achieved
- Manage and train growing team members and ensure effective communication
- Monitor mushroom quality and identify issues; take corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of cropping cycles, yields, and inputs
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols are followed
- Coordinate with compost and sales teams for smooth operations
