We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager to lead our operations in Sindh, based in Sukkur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sales, distribution management, and team leadership.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Regional Operations Management
- Oversee all agricultural input sales and distribution across Sindh
- Develop and implement zone-wise sales strategies
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of sales officers and field staff
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance
- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly
- Dealer & Farmer Network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers
- Expand distribution network across the zone
- Organize farmer meetings and product awareness sessions
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Identify growth opportunities and new market segments
- Provide feedback to management for product development
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation / Master in Agriculture or MBA
- Minimum 5 years experience in the agriculture sector
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs and fertilizers
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within Sindh
