📋 Key Responsibilities
Franchise Network Management
Oversee and expand the franchise network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
Franchisee Support & Relationship Building
Provide strategic guidance and support to franchisees, fostering strong partnerships to drive mutual success.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Set clear performance goals, monitor franchise operations, and implement improvements to enhance overall network performance.
Market Expansion & Strategy Development
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that capitalize on new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- BSc (Hons) Agriculture or MSc (Hons) Agriculture
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets
- Experience in franchise or territory management preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
