📋 Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure timely recoveries and maintain strong client relationships
Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance on fertilizers and crop protection products
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and sales growth

Required Qualification

Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
